Team, I'm very excited that we will all be together for the Americas E3 meeting December 10 & 11 in Foxboro, MA. Our meeting will give us the opportunity to prepare for 2014 by focusing on critical items such as:

Molly Fletcher

Nicknamed "the female Jerry Maguire" by CNN, Molly Fletcher spent nearly two decades recruiting the top athletes, coaches and media personalities in the game. Molly heads up her own business, MWF Enterprises, where she serves as President & CEO.

As one of the only female sports agents in the industry, Molly made a name for herself working with some of the top names in sports, including Tom Izzo, Ernie Johnson, Jr., Matt Kuchar, Doc Rivers, John Smoltz, Joe Theismann and hundreds more. She recruited and signed Major League Baseball stars, PGA and LPGA golfers, college and world championship coaches, and media personalities to her client list.

A popular keynote speaker, Molly applies lessons learned from her years of experience in the sports industry to the business world. She speaks to audiences around the country on topics related to leadership, relationship management, sales and business development, and client service. She also travels the country as a teambuilding facilitator, working with both Fortune 500 companies and collegiate and professional sports teams to build winning cultures by enhancing trust, transparency and team dynamics.

Molly is the author of two books, Your Dream Job Game Plan, a tactical guide to becoming your own career agent, and The Business of Being the Best, in which she extracts the common traits found in top performers. She is also the founder of the Betterment Institute, an online learning platform deployed by companies that hones relationship-based sales skills.

A trailblazer throughout her career, Molly has been honored with numerous awards,including Outstanding Alumni from Michigan State University, the 2010 w2wlink Ascendancy Award for businesswomen and the 2011 POW! Womenetics Award. Numerous media outlets have featured Molly, including The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, CNN, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post and USA Today.

Molly serves on the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation board, is a National Trustee member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and is a member of The Young Presidents' Organization (YPO). She graduated from Michigan State University where she was a member of the women's tennis team (1989-1993), captaining the team as a senior.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the official kickoff of the 2012 American Idol contest! To enter this year's contest, you may submit an idea, event, campaign, or project that was executed during 2012 to compete in one of several categories. Submissions can include items that were entered to the Best Practices Factory but are not limited to them! We are looking to highlight a year of creativity and excellence during our E3 meeting in December.

Presentation Format

Each person who submits will get 60 seconds to stand up during E3 and deliver a pitch to convince the entire team they should be the 2012 American Idol. Anything goes! Presentation formats can, for example, include a video, an original song, a puppet show, a scripted play, be done with a deck, without a deck, etc.; the more creative your format the better! Voting will be done live by the audience during E3, so aim to present your idea in a way that will differentiate it.

But please understand – the one minute time limit is absolute.

Recommended Travel Dates/Times and Hotel Information

It is recommended that you arrive in Massachusetts by Monday, December 9, and are present in the Putnam Club Lounge at Gillette Stadium by 8:00 AM EST on December 10th and 11th to make opening remarks.

All attendees are expected to book their own flights, hotel and car reservations. Please plan to fly into either Boston/Logan Airport or Providence/T.F. Green Airport and arrange your travel as soon as possible to maximize savings on advanced airfare bookings. There should be a minimum of 2-3 people per car rental.
